A vestibule of liveliness in an internet full of the dead. This is a multi-media project with a Gnostic theme designed to act as another place where people can express themselves on the small-web. We offer a few things, here:
This is an intentionally small scale project mostly intended for my friends. Therefore there is no automatic registration at this current moment. There may be in the future when it's out of testing. Anyone who stumbles upon Pleroma is welcome to apply for and receive a subdomain. The model is via git; subdomain webmasters will host their subdomains code on their own git repository @members.pleroma.nexus under the subdomains organization, Forgejo instance. Git-CLI-averse friends can use the web GUI to manage their code. A tutorial will be linked on the subdomains page explaining the final method of deployment when the service is live (currently only half done).
Given the final deployment for subdomains is in its own contained org on the Forgejo instance, people are totally welcome to use their personal repos for projects or whatever they like.
XMPP accounts. Deleted on your request, logs purged regularly via cronjobs. All lives on my home server. Not on a random VPS that could be doing who knows what with your data.
Friends who host their own domain or already have subdomains on another service may join Pleroma as a webring member.
